When you become a member of the Aphrodite loyalty program you earn points by shopping and writing reviews for products you have bought in our e-shop. Your points are then converted into discounts, free products and many other perks!
Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone over the age of 18 can become a member. A valid e-mail is required to become a member and agreement to the terms of use of the Aphrodite loyalty program.
How do I become a member of the Aphrodite loyalty program?
You can become a member online by going to this x page. Then click on the button “create an account” and fill in the necessary information (it shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes). If you need help with the process please contact us.
How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every euro you spend in our e-shop, one point for every review you write in our e-shop, and 4 points for every product review that includes a photo taken by you or the product, or the effect of using it. Note that you can only write a review for a product that you have purchased from our site.
Is registration free?
That's right, registration is free. You don't need to make a purchase to become a member.
What are the benefits of the bronze member?

- Cash discount of €10 when you reach 400 points
What are the benefits of the gold member?
- Regular size gift if order is higher than €25
- Birthday discount 20% (we will send you a discount code on your birthday, which will be valid for 30 days)
- Cash discount of €10 when it reaches 600 points, and a €10 coupon for every 200 points after.

When do my points expire?
If you have made a purchase in our e-shop within the last 12 months, then your points remain active. Your points will be deleted if 12 months go by without a purchase.
Can I unsubscribe from the program?
Yes. You can contact us through the contact page, and inform us that you want to unsubscribe from the Aphrodite rewards program. Within 5 business days we will deactivate your account and notify you in writing.
If I request to unsubscribe, can I reopen an account afterwards?
You can, but the points start from 0 again.
Can I earn points for purchases I made before becoming a member?
No, you only earn points from the moment you become a member. Any previous purchases are not taken into account in the calculation of points.
How will I receive my welcome gift?
You will receive your welcome gift together with your 1st order which you will place as a member of the Aphrodite loyalty program.
How can I receive the discount for my birthday?
You will receive an email on your birthday with a discount code. You can use this discount code on the check out page and the discount will automatically be added to your cart. The code will be valid for 1 month from the day we send it to you. The code can be combined with any other discounts on the site. The value of the discount code depends on whether you are a silver, bronze or gold member.
How will I get 10% on my 1st order as a member of the Aphrodite loyalty club?
When you join the Aphrodite loyalty club we will send you a discount code by email. You can use this code at check out and get a 10% discount. The code will be valid for 30 days.
When will I receive free products as a registered member?
You will receive the free products every time you place an order worth more than €25.
When I reach 100 points, how will I receive the €5 discount?
The cash discount will be applied automatically on the check out page.
How do I get points for writing a review?
You will get points for your review automatically when you write a review as long as you are logged in with the same email you signed up with.
Can I write a review for more than 1 product?
Yes, you can write a review for more than 1 product. The only condition for writing a review is that you have previously purchased this product from our e-shop. Reviews from members who have not purchased this product are not accepted to protect the credibility of the reviews.
What happens if I return a product from which I earned points?
When the product return process is completed, then the points are removed from your account.
How do I upload a review and photo and why do I get extra points for it?
Going to the product page, press “write a review”. There you write your review for the product and upload a relevant photo if you wish. You are rewarded with extra points because we are happy to see the results of our products for you!
