A necessary condition for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction.
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with our return policy listed below and only for the following cases:
(a) Defective products
If the products are defective, damaged during shipment or have the wrong description, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible for instructions on shipping the products.
(b) Right of withdrawal
You reserve the right to unjustified return of products for products that are sealed, unused and in re-marketable condition. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from this contract without giving any explanation. The purchased products must be returned accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt).

The products must be sent at the expense of the sender to the customer service department of 3rd Septemvriou str., no. 5, Ammoudara Gaziou, Heraklion, Crete, PC 71414, Greece.
The right of withdrawal provided in articles 3e to 3ia of Law 2251/1994 does not apply a) to the supply of goods which may be altered or expire soon. (b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health or hygiene purposes, and which have been unsealed after delivery; (c) the supply of goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly individual (d) the supply of goods which, after delivery, by reason of their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.

We reserve the right to reject returns of products that have not been returned in accordance with the return policy terms set forth above.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all money we receive from you, (excluding delivery costs) , without unjustified delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract .We will refund the above using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise you will not be charged for such a refund unless you suggest another method (from what you used in the original transaction) at which time you will be charged any usage costs from www.aphroditeskincare.com , which (costs) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You must return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you stated that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is considered to be met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period.
- In case you want to return one of the products (for your own reasons) that you have received and if it is in its original packaging, it will be sent at the expense of the sender.
- In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
Each refund will be made in the same way (bank deposit or credit card or Paypal payment) as originally used and with the same beneficiary details. Any due return will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the products.
We will refund your money if:
(a) you have canceled the contract in accordance with your legal rights under the consumer contracts (cancellation information and surcharges) issued in 2013, once we have received the respective products or
(b) you have returned our defective products following contact within 14 days of your order
We will review the returned product and notify you of your return by e-mail within a reasonable time. We will process your return as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days we will let you know if you have the right to a refund for defective, damaged or incorrectly described products.
Products returned by you due to an error, shipping damage or incorrect description will be refunded in full, including a refund of the shipping charges for sending the item to you. We do not issue refunds of postage or return labels made for any of the above reasons.
- In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
- In case of error of our company we fully refund you the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
