To place your order on the Website you must be:

17 Product purchase and contract preparation
After placing an order through our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We will confirm the shipment of your order for you by sending an e-mail confirming that the product has been shipped (the "Confirmation Shipping").
The contract between us (the "Contract") should be formed only when we receive the payment from you.
We may refuse to accept an order in cases that include but are not limited to:
(a) your payment has not been approved
(b) that you do not meet the necessary conditions listed above
(c) the product (s) you ordered are not available from stock and / or suppliers
(d) in the event of an error in the pricing or description of a product
We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice. If we cancel any order, it will be free of charge for you and any payment received for that order will be refunded to you in accordance with our return policy set out below.
18 Consumer rights
Returns
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with our return policy listed below and only for the following cases:
(a) Defective products
If the products are defective, damaged during shipment or have incorrect description, please contact us at info@aphroditedirect.com as soon as possible to receive shipping instructions.
(b) Right of withdrawal
For reasons of hygiene you reserve the right to unjustified return of products for products that are sealed, have not been used and are in re-marketable condition.
The products must be sent at the expense of the sender to the customer service department at 3rd Septemvriou str., no. 5, Ammoudara Gaziou, Heraklion, Crete, PC 71414, Greece.
19 Return policy
Each refund will be made in the same way (bank deposit or credit card or Paypal payment) as originally used and with the same beneficiary details. Any return due will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the products.
We will refund your money if:
(a) you have canceled the contract in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts (cancellation information and surcharges) issued in 2013, once we have received the relevant products or
(β) you have returned our defective products following relevant communication within 14 days of your order
We will review the returned product and notify you of your return by e-mail within a reasonable time. We will process your return as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days we will notify you if you have the right to a refund for defective, damaged or incorrectly described products.
Products returned by you due to an error, shipping damage or incorrect description will be refunded in full, including a refund of the shipping charges for sending the item to you. We do not issue refunds of postage or return labels made for any of the above reasons.
20 Availability and delivery
Order processing
Customer service is very important to us at Aphrodite Skin Care. We try to make sure that all the products mentioned on our website are in stock and the pricing is true and correct. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (processing time does not include weekends). All purchases are subject to approval by the bank prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Orders from Greece and Cyprus are sent via Geniki Taxydromiki, while orders from abroad will be sent via TNT or UPS. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation of the shipment by email. The email will contain details about the shipment and the tracking number of your parcel.
Special offers
All offers under the "OFFERS!" link are limited time offers and depend on the availability of the product. Each product with a special offer can be purchased more than once by any customer until it runs out.
Shipping Information
The shipping cost of each order is calculated in your cart. For orders within Greece under 25€, the shipping cost is 2,5€. For European destinations the shipping cost is 19,90 €. For international destinations or remote location the shipping cost is 39,90 €.
Shipping costs are zero in the following cases:
- For orders over 25€ within Greece
- For orders over 125€ in European destinations
- For orders over 150€ in United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland
- For orders over 250€ in international destinations or remote areas
If there is an offer at our online store that concerns shipping costs, then the shipping cost may be zero regardless of the value of the order. For this offer there will be a written report on the home page of the website.
Delivery time is calculated in:
- 1-3 working days for destinations within Greece
- 2-9 working days for European destinations
- 4-12 working days for international destinations
Delivery time may be increased due to increased workload of couriers or due to delivery in an inaccessible area for destinations within Greece
Delivery
Special care must be taken when entering your contact details. Your address must be correct and include all information necessary for the proper delivery of the parcel. In the event of errors or omissions we do not take any responsibility for any additional shipping charges that may arise to correct the delivery address.
Customs
While we do everything we can to ensure that your parcel is cleared through customs, we advise you to check with your local customs office before importing any product in your country that may stop or be subject to customs charges. Aphrodite Direct will not be responsible for charges in case your shipment is stopped, charged or transferred to customs.
Import duty
If you order products from the Website for delivery outside the European Union, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are imposed when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
21 Product ownership
The products will be under your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to you. Ownership of the Products will only be transferred to you upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due in connection with the products, including delivery charges.
22 Price and payment
The price of any products will be the one mentioned on the website during your visit to our website, except in cases of obvious error.
The prices include VAT but the delivery costs are excluded, which will be added to the total amount due.
Prices may change at any time, but the changes will not affect your existing orders, even if you have not paid for them.
Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the website may have incorrect prices. We will normally check prices as part of our shipping process, so that when the correct price of a product is less than our price, we will charge the lowest amount when we ship your product. If the correct price of a product is higher than the price listed on our website, we will either contact you for instructions before sending the product, or we will reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
We have no obligation to provide the product to you at the wrong (lower) price, even after we have confirmed your order or sent you a distribution confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unquestionable and could reasonably be recognized by you as a wrong pricing.
Payment for the products can be made by bank deposit, use of credit card or via PayPal.
Payment via Viva Payments and Paypal is made immediately and so is the process of your order.
In case of a bank deposit the transfer of money may take up to 2 working days. The process of sending your order will start after confirmation from the cooperating bank.
23 Facts beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any non-performance of any obligations arising out of any contract or these Product Terms, or delays in fulfilling any of our obligations arising from a contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
24 Written announcements
All announcements given by you to us should be given to info@aphroditedirect.com .We can inform you in the email you provide to us when you place an order. Your notice will be deemed to have been received and as soon as it is posted on our website, 24 hours after sending your email. In order to prove the delivery of a notice it will be sufficient to show that the message was sent to the email address given to us by the recipient.
25 Our responsibility
The material displayed on our website is provided without warranties, conditions or guarantees as to accuracy.
Nothing in these Product Terms is intended to limit or exclude any legal rights you may have as a consumer (if any).

26 Variants
Nothing in the Website or in the materials that are accessible through the website, other than the Product Terms, is intended to constitute any binding agreement.
